In my coaching, I accompany you individually and intensively throughout the entire wedding planning process – so that you can design your unique wedding full of joy, without typical planning mistakes and stress. Together we develop your tailor-made wedding concept that authentically reflects your story and personalities.

Whether at my office in Dornbirn, at a location in the Lake Constance region, or via online Zoom – we will work together to create the perfect basis for your wedding, entirely tailored to your wishes. Optionally, you can also book a day accompaniment on the wedding day so that you can fully enjoy your wedding day – without stress, but completely in the moment, together with your loved ones.

The path to your dream wedding

Step by step, we transform your wishes into a dream wedding that celebrates your love in an incomparable way.

In a first personal conversation, we get to know each other and discuss your wishes, ideas, and visions.
This conversation forms the basis for a tailor-made offer and shows us if the chemistry between us is right – the perfect foundation for a trusting collaboration.

After your confirmation, we start with an intensive wedding workshop.

Together we develop your wedding vision, define framework conditions, and develop initial ideas for your individual wedding concept. After about three hours, I know all the details to be able to perfectly plan your dream wedding.

Based on the workshop, I develop a coordinated wedding concept for you.

Afterwards, we discuss suitable wedding locations and select the wedding service providers that best fit you, the concept, and the location.

Now the planning phase begins – and I am always by your side in the background.

You contact the selected service providers, arrange get-to-know meetings, and gather first impressions. Of course, I support you in this, prepare you for the conversations, and, if desired, personally accompany you to the appointments.

Once we have jointly determined your wedding concept, the implementation begins – I accompany you step by step through the entire planning period.

We meet once a month to discuss the current status and define the next to-dos. Three months before your big day, we will create together the detailed daily schedule, timeline, seating plan, and task distribution for the wedding day.

And one month before, the meeting with the witnesses takes place – so that all participants are well prepared and you can start your wedding day with a joyful, relaxed feeling.

About a year ago, we actually stumbled upon “Katha Wedding” by chance. Right after the first meeting, we decided to plan our wedding with Katha's help. And we can only say one thing - we don't regret a second!

Katha knows everyone and everything! Whether it's selecting the venue, photographer, stylist, floral decorations, stationery, or even the priest, Katha always surprised us with her great (secret) tips. She is incredibly committed, always reachable for questions, and most importantly: She fully embraced our wishes and concerns.

2025 – was für ein Jahr! ✨

Von Barcelona bis Bali, von London bis Sizilien – dieses Jahr war intensiv, international und einfach nur genial!

Im Januar startete ich mit einem Hochzeitsmeeting in Barcelona, gefolgt von einem unvergesslichen Februar in London, wo ich beim International Wedding Award in der Kategorie „Special Touches“ den 2. Platz erreichen durfte – was für eine Ehre! 🏆

Im März ging’s auf Locationcheck nach Bali (ja, Traumlocations deluxe!) – und im April folgte gleich eine mehrtägige Hochzeit in Italien sowie ein großartiges Firmenevent. Im Mai dann PS pur beim Porsche GT3 Event, gefolgt von unserer ersten Afterwork-Ausfahrt im Juni. Im August und September war ich auf Locationreise in Wien und Sizilien unterwegs – immer auf der Suche nach besonderen Orten für besondere Paare.

Im Oktober stand die zweite Afterwork-Ausfahrt an, im November durfte ich auf einer Podiumsdiskussion als Speakerin sprechen (eine ganz neue, bereichernde Erfahrung) und im Dezember fand der stimmungsvolle Porsche Weihnachtsmarkt in Rankweil statt – mein persönlicher Jahresausklang mit Glanzmomenten. ✨

Danke an alle, die 2025 zu einem so besonderen Jahr gemacht haben – Kund:innen, Partner:innen, Freund:innen. Ich bin bereit für alles, was 2026 bringt!
