Ich bin Katha – leidenschaftliche Hochzeitsplanerin mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Ästhetik, Kulinarik und exzellente Organisation. Meine Liebe zu außergewöhnlichen Destinationen und detailverliebten Inszenierungen macht jede Hochzeit zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis. Mit über 18 Jahren Erfahrung und mehr als 100 geplanten Hochzeiten begleite ich euch mit Expertise, Stilbewusstsein und viel Herz auf dem Weg zu eurer Traumhochzeit. When we first read Katha’s reviews, we thought, Can she really be this good? Turns out, she’s even better than the glowing testimonials here. Katha really makes the impossible possible, and she brought our dream wedding weekend to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined.

Our situation was tricky: we had few issues with our chosen wedding location, and decided to find another place, just 3 months before the wedding. Our wedding was on a whole weekend during summer peak time, therefore we thought it would be impossible to find an alternative location. Katha dove into the challenge with incredible dedication and found us the perfect new venue in just a few days. It was nothing short of a miracle.

Our wedding was complex, with guests traveling from Switzerland, Brazil, and other parts of the world. Katha’s adaptability is unmatched. When we started planning our wedding on our own, we quickly realized that organizing a multi-day wedding without experience is nearly impossible. At first, we were full of enthusiasm and thought we could handle everything ourselves. However, it soon became clear that managing such a large-scale event alone was not feasible. Katha is a weaver of magic. Real magic, mind you—the type that impacts lives and leaves a hanging smile for years thereafter.

We called her out of the blue one day and asked her if she would be willing to organize a tiny private wedding for us with 10 days' warning. She asked a couple of questions, confirmed that we were for real, and then simply said, "Okay, let's do it."

What followed was a blinding flurry of activity of which the end result was a fairy-tale ceremony overlooking the alps by a 13th century church in which EVERYTHING went much better than according to plan, including accommodation, the reception, logistics for our guests, etc. Thinking back now, two months later, it's a wonder that she did what she did for us. The blink of an eye, a sprinkle of enchantment, and memories that increasingly feel like happy ending of an animated children's classic. We can wholeheartedly recommend Katha! Eine Hochzeit planen mit Katha? Wir haben es getestet!

Vor rund einem Jahr sind wir eigentlich per Zufall auf „Katha Wedding“ gestoßen. Gleich nach dem ersten Treffen haben wir uns dazu entschieden, unsere Hochzeit mit Kathas Hilfe zu planen. Und wir können nur eines sagen – wir bereuen keine Sekunde!

Katha kennt Gott und die Welt! Egal ob bei der Auswahl von Location, Fotografin, Stylistin, Blumenschmuck, Papeterie oder sogar dem Pfarrer, Katha überraschte uns immer wieder aufs Neue mit ihren tollen (Geheim-) Tipps. Sie ist unglaublich engagiert, bei Fragen immer erreichbar und das wichtigste: Sie ist voll und ganz auf unsere Wünsche und Anliegen eingegangen.

Üblicherweise ist eine Hochzeit mit ziemlich viel Stress verbunden . Da wir aber immer relativ entspannt waren, kamen kurz davor so einige Zweifel, ob wir wohl an alles gedacht hätten. Völlig unnötig - Katha hatte bereits alles perfekt organisiert!

An unserem „großen“ Tag war sie von der ersten Sekunde im Hintergrund mit dabei, wodurch nicht nur wir, sondern auch unsere Trauzeugen den Tag ohne Arbeit und Stress einfach nur genießen konnten. Angefangen vom Blumenschmuck bis hin zu den passenden Serviettenringen – alles war perfekt!

2025 – was für ein Jahr! ✨

Von Barcelona bis Bali, von London bis Sizilien – dieses Jahr war intensiv, international und einfach nur genial!

Im Januar startete ich mit einem Hochzeitsmeeting in Barcelona, gefolgt von einem unvergesslichen Februar in London, wo ich beim International Wedding Award in der Kategorie „Special Touches“ den 2. Platz erreichen durfte – was für eine Ehre! 🏆

Im März ging’s auf Locationcheck nach Bali (ja, Traumlocations deluxe!) – und im April folgte gleich eine mehrtägige Hochzeit in Italien sowie ein großartiges Firmenevent. Im Mai dann PS pur beim Porsche GT3 Event, gefolgt von unserer ersten Afterwork-Ausfahrt im Juni. Im August und September war ich auf Locationreise in Wien und Sizilien unterwegs – immer auf der Suche nach besonderen Orten für besondere Paare.

Im Oktober stand die zweite Afterwork-Ausfahrt an, im November durfte ich auf einer Podiumsdiskussion als Speakerin sprechen (eine ganz neue, bereichernde Erfahrung) und im Dezember fand der stimmungsvolle Porsche Weihnachtsmarkt in Rankweil statt – mein persönlicher Jahresausklang mit Glanzmomenten. ✨

Danke an alle, die 2025 zu einem so besonderen Jahr gemacht haben – Kund:innen, Partner:innen, Freund:innen. Ich bin bereit für alles, was 2026 bringt!
